some of the leafs on my chamaerops humilis have turned yellow it's in a large pot outside in my garden i have fed it with tomato feed, i have had it for four months,what do i need to do to bring it back to a good condition

I would use a more balanced feed, such as Growmore. Palms, even slow growers like Chamaerops, like nitrogen. If its only a few leaves turning yellow, those may just be old leaves getting ready for the compost.
