That is the adult form of a 'White Butterfly' Arrowhead plant (Syngonium podophyllum). It is usually seen as a juvenile, with broader, Folsom point-shaped leaves, but good light and time will allow it to develop the more deeply lobed adult foliage. Ultimately, the leaves can have up to 9 lobes, three at the tip, and three on each of the backward pointing "arms".
