CUTTING BACK RASPBERRIES
Have just inherited an allotment with a well established Autumn cropping bed of raspberries.All the raspberry canes are standing 3/4ft some budding already. The neighbouring gardener said " chop em all off", new canes will sprout out from the root ball. Please tell me is he right???
