Will Olearia 'Master Michael' grow just south of Atlanta, Georgia USA? If so, I may ask my garden center to order seeds or plants for me.

Hi, welcome to GoY, this is a variety of O x scilloniensis, which is frost hardy, down to 23deg f, if your area doesn't get any colder than this, then you should be able to grow it outside, if it does then you would need to grow it in a greenhouse or conservatory. the usual method of propagation for this is by semi ripe cuttings in summer, as seed would not come true, Derek.
