Such a lot depends on the weather. Growing flowers for a particular date is always uncertain. Did you germinate these on a windowsill? As B says they need a lot more light.

I agree they need a lot more light but as the seed cover is still in place you need to wait until the plants have two true leaves before repotting them. The leaves on your plants are seed leaves. In a short time they will get another set of leaves - the true leaves. Then you can repot them in to individual pots. It looks like you still have some seeds which have not germinated yet. All plants grown indoors need to be 'hardened off' - allowed to gradually get used to conditions outdoors by placing them outside for increasing amounts of time. As these are annuals if you still have some seed try sowing them outside where you want them to grow. You can do that now. The seeds are quite clever and will choose when to start sprouting when the weather suits their needs. Sowing directly in to the garden means you do not need to worry about them except to ensure that once they do start growing they are given water if there is a prolonged dry spell. You will need to keep an eye out for slugs and snails which enjoy nipping the new plants near ground level. Hope this is helpful and welcome to GOY.

They look rather leggy to me and starved for sunlight. Plant them and see what happens.
