B= Trifolium Linn
C= Sedum autum joy (stone crop)

The Aubretia needs to be sown in modules. As far as I can remember it doesn't need any heat. Pot on and plant out when big enough, probably in the autumn.
I'm not sure what you've got under the name Trifolium Linn. Trifolium is clover or clover-like plants, and that packet looks like a fern. I've never tried to grow a clover, it arrives all by itself!
The Sedum is also a perennial, like the Aubretia, and I would treat it the same.
Others may know more than me!
