Can anyone help ID plan ?

Can anyone help ID plant ? Think this is a spurge, euphorbia similar to a yellow form Euphorbia lathyrus or red wing ?

Thank you Shirley tulip, much appreciated. I'd like to say oh yes of course i recognise it now, except I'd be kidding myself! Would be a couple of weeks before I had any chance of recalling it, if at all. (From books, rather than practice!)

I only recognised it as I grew it from seed a couple of years ago. Seedlings of it do still pop up in my garden, which I don't mind as it's a pretty little plant.

It is indeed Cerinthe. It is an annual and self seeds freely.
