We have a large laburnum and a big Hazel at the bottom of our garden. The little hardy cyclamens do well under these trees. They naturalise well too. They bloom at different times according to variety. They can be planted as corms and left to increase They have lovely marbled leaves and bloom when deciduous trees have no leaves. When it is dry they do appreciate just a sprinkle of water to help them along, even though you can hardly see them like now it is so dry. At the moment they are popping their seed cases.
