I have a dwarf weeping willow tree about 5' it is like two trees one half covered in leaves and the other half looks dead! Can you help please?

Hi, welcome to GoY, I agree with Steragram, it looks to me as if the graft has failed on that side, so you have a choice, either put up with a lop sided tree, or get rid of it, Derek.

Its unlikely to green up on the dead side. Just check whether the dead branches really are dead - scrape a bit of bark off with a fingernail to see if there's any green under it. If its brown all the way through they will not regenerate.
