My 2 year sago which has been overwintered indoors was brought outside 2 weeks ago and it is not looking good. The stems have all gone brown and it doesn't look healthy. Any advice? Can I cut off the stems.

Transplant shock - sun scorch. The plant couldn't cope with the sudden change to outdoors. You should do it gradually - an hour more each day.
