long slim branches

I can only think of Solomons Seal but that's not a shrub.

I wouldn't describe Fuchsia flowers as 'droplet' we really do need a photo.

hi i know its not it sounds like a white version of a bleeding heart i cannot remember its name sorry but good luck.just had a thought diecentra spectrabilus alba if i have got the spelling right.
