Can some one tell me if this is normal on a clematis leaf or does it have a big problem or whatever?

Looks more like a Camelia leaf but it still has a problem.

Yep, photo of the whole plant as well please and is there anything underneath the leaf that shouldn''t be there... and a higher resolution pic of this leaf would be useful - its blurry under magnification.
