My Monarda (Beebalm) has topped off at 6 ft tall. Growing next to one of my ponds the taller the better for the hummingbirds sake when it comes to hungry frogs...I have seen some really heart stopping close calls. This is the tallest growth that I have ever achieved with this plant the average height being from 3 to 4 feet. For those of you that have this plant in your garden have you ever seen one hit the ceiling at 6 ft?

Yes they are Seaburngirl. After they finish my cardnal flowers will come into bloom to keep the hummers busy for quite a while.

Not 6ft, 5 ft a couple of years ago. they are wonderful plants aren't they?
