If they're still in the seed tray, pot them up and leave them in a cold-frame or sheltered corner until spring. I'd say they're not big enough to be planted out yet - also they'll use up all the nutrients in the original compost.

Perhaps it's a climate variation thing Spritz but I'd have said put them out in the ground where you want them to grow. I find they're well able to cope in the garden and if they're out there they aren't in any danger of me forgetting to water them. (Blush! Whoops!)

I'm going with Spritz. I would want them to grow on more before I planted them out and would be putting them ion pots until next spring.

Beattie, I looked at where Sunnybee lives - it's likely to be chilly up there - chillier than my area and certainly chillier than yours! (Lucky you -)

That's why I went for potting them up....;-)
