Neighbour or family member, or rig up a watering system.

A few tomatoes from your harvest would be very good encouragement too.

initial outlay for auto watering system can be expensive but have a look at pipe work separate from timer. Screwfix have £20 digital timers with lots of programmable watering. The Hozelock one is expensive though it comes with the pipe work. Just a word of advice though if you go down this route make sure you have it set up a good few days before you leave to make sure it waters correctly and you leave the tap turned on ( speaking from experience)!!!

Thanks everyone. Unfortunately, the neighbour who usually helps me out is on holiday at the same time. I may need to invest in some automatic watering system.

If I can I'll explain what I used to have: they are plastic gadgets that have a hollow spike one end and at the other end an opening into which you can screw an old plastic bottle full of water. You put them in your flower pots and they slowly release the water. If you use a big enough bottle it should last for a couple of weeks. I'm sure I got them in Poundland or some such shop. You can buy them online from about £2.35 for 4 - I've just googled them - garden plant flower cone spikes.
