This one really has me puzzled. Several around about 30 cm across, protrate habit flowers rather like ceanothus.

Bugle. Ajuga repens. Quite a pretty weed but will spread.

I think the others were right with Selfheal. The flowers are bigger on Ajuga, the plants are a bit similar.
