How do you get rid of lolly beatles can anybody tell me please on what pestesite you use

can you put a photo of them . I don't know what a lolly beetle is. Does it have other common names? Do you know their scientific name.

Lily beetle, maybe? Pick 'em off and crush them, wipe the eggs and larvae (look like bird poo) off the stems. I'm afraid lilies need constant monitoring from around April/May to seek out and destroy the red beetles, preferably before they lay their eggs....

The 'i' and 'o' are next to each other on the keyboard!

Also when you pick them off beware they easily fall to the ground and are hard to see as they land upside down and are brown underneath.

They are dreadful pests......and will destroy a lily if left. I am afraid to say I have sprayed with BugClear this year and they look perfect. Yes I know it is not ideal.

If you do an internet search for 'lily beetle', masses of useful info will pop up. Take care with the spelling, though, or you'll be sifting through zillions of links to John, Paul, George and Ringo!
