Please could somebody identify this tree, see photo? It seems to be creating lots of new roots and runners so I'm a bit concerned about its impact on my garden, many thanks

yes I'd go with Rhus typhina too. the creeping stems is typical of it.

It looks like the Stags Horn Sumach, Rhus typhina, although I have never seen one the size that your third picture indicates. If it is the Rhus then it will send out suckers far and wide.
