Hi moon grower, thank you for answering my question, I'm from Scotland (Glasgow) its a peony rose I have, not flowered yet, someone told me the furry bits that are left after the rose dies can be sowed in January, I honestly don't have a clue I'm a complete novice in gardening, the peony rose is in container not ground. Thank you

Can you clarify what you mean by "peony rose"? Is it a rose or a paeony?
