I have a winter jasmine that needs pruning back it has a lot of long shoots, can l cut these back as they have all the leaves at the ends?

agree with Steragram - next year, remember to prune it back hard immediately after flowering, then you won't lose flowers the following spring.

Yes you can. You may lose a season's flowers if you do it nowso if this matters a lot you can do half this year and half next.
