this year we have wonderful sweet williams (tall) ones scented beautiful i read they can be cut for indoor but? will anymore come in place or is that it once theyre gone their gone so to speak

They last quite well in vases. Last year I cut the stems down after flowering but didn't lift the roots, this year they have another great display but are very woody so I'll lift the whole lot this year.

they may re-bud but unlikely. most sweet Williams are biennial, ie flower and die. but I have had some last longer when I have dead headed them before setting seed.
