I planted Foremost early potatoes on Easter Monday. Ground has been cultivated for the last 30 years and is heavy clay but compost and farmyard manure were dug in together with a sprinkling of fish blood and bone.
Digging up the roots today there are no tubers large enough to eat. There are only about 3 or 4 tubers per root and they are small. Would be grateful for some thoughts.

Nothing youcan do but give it a bit longer - and put slug pellets down.
