Some of my cauliflowers are a pale pink colour and not so tightly formed can someone please tell me why? I'm growing them in a poly tunnel. Thanks Maggie

No idea as to colour but Cauliflowers need a huge amount of feeding and watering to get those big solid curds rather than small flowers.
