My winter flowering clematis 'freckles' has started flowering in the past few days. It's supposed to flower in November at the earliest. It probably thought that the cold weather in June and early July was heralding winter. Has any one else got this 'problem'?

I find it often throws the odd flower out all the year. though the majority are November onwards.
