Tree ID please! Two trees in new yard. The first looks sick and I'm not sure if it needs to go. Kind of hard to see foliage, sorry. Final pic is large, overgrown tree. Thank you!!

Are the first two pics of the sick tree? If so, it looks like a form of Velvet Ash (Fraxinus velutina), suffering from ash decline syndrome. The third pic is of a thriving Chinese Pistache (Pistacia chinensis).
