I think it is Hydrangea Petiolaris, Wallyone.

Leaves look kind of small for a petiolaris. Is it a climber, Wallyone?

Looks like a Hydrangea macrophylla normalis (Lacecap) to me.

Agree, Hydrangea macrophylla lace cap variety, but it does look to be short of nutrients...
