Yes - but put it in a very sheltered spot, doesn't really like freezing weather although it is hardy in Zones 8-11, and we're Zone 8, just about, most of the time. May need protection in the winter outside if in the North or centre of the country.
The one that is fully hardy here is Trachycarpus fortunei.
