I dont know anything about gardening but could i plant summer bulbs now & then on top of them put the autum bedding plants? Thank you Novice Gardener

Yes, it's too late now for summer bulbs. They should be in the ground by May.

yes, although its too early to plant some bulbs like tulips, they usually go in much later, around October November. Daffodils are good to plant now though... I'm assuming you mean bulbs for next spring, as its way too late to plant new summer flowering bulbs.
