Does anyone recognise this plant please? It is growing in my neighbour's garden. I am thinking that it is called Koleria...or something like that....I could be totally wrong!
Can't find a pic in any of my books.

Thanks Fractal.
As usual, the name I remembered was totally wrong. It is a lovely colour...dusky pink. My neighbour tells me that it is quite invasive...is this so?

I know it as Phygelius rectus - if its got yellow throats inside the flower, it's African Queen. And yes, it is invasive - I spent half an hour with a pickaxe earlier in the year trying to get out several clumps. Its a bit sneaky, it throws out runners underground and pops up a foot away, so keep a close eye on it. Probably best to chop all round it every spring or autumn with a sharp spade.

Some forms are more vigorous than others regarding underground rhizome spread. They are pretty tough and can often be pulled up or eased out with a fork back to the mother plant and chopped off, or potted up as give aways or car boot sale stock.

I think they come under several names. P. capensis, P. aquealis and P. rectus. Some forms lend themselves to being grown as a short climber too especially on a very sunny wall. Can reach eight feet or more.

I find the orange forms are more invasive than other colours. Pale yellow is positively shy!

Could I grow it in a container?

I reckon so
P.S. It's also called Cape Fuchsia - gave rise to a family catchphrase - "it's like a fuchsia but different".
