hi I have many hosta's in my garden and all seem fine apart from the odd snail and slug damage .. however one blue hosta which has been lovely has suddenly started not to grow properly......In the spring the buds come up but the leaves seen look like they have frost damage and wither way in some cases. There is also a white patches on the stems and the plant does not grow at all. Have u any idea what is causing this?

It's either a disease or a pest infestation that's why a good close up of the mentioned area is needed.
