Yes, Hesperantha/Schizostylis coccinea.
I can't be sure, but from the size and colour I would guess it's the variety called "MAJOR".

And it can be an absolute thug. I have just removed yards of it and there are still thousands of babies coming up from where it was taken. Even weed killer does not seem to affect it.
