COULD ANYONE IDENTIFY THIS DHALIA AND ROSE FOR ME PLEASE?
Seen in the gardens of an English Heritage property and, as luck would have it, no gardeners about to ask and they were not labeled.

Not really - the closest dahlia I could find was one called Teesbrooke Audrey, but it has pale pinkish streaks in the petals. As for the rose, could be one of many - its a many petalled floribunda type, other than that... you could try scouring the David Austen site.
