my lawn is covered in Slender Speedwell and have tried Resolva extra weedkiller twice with no luck. Any suggestions to get rid of it?

Resolva does not work on speedwell I'm afraid - as you've used it twice this year already, I wouldn't recommend using any other weedkiller this year, so treat next year when its growing strongly with Weedol Lawn weedkiller. Some lawn maintenance such as scarifying, aerating and an autumn feed will help to reduce it - more info, including on weedkillers, here
