I have 2 Chilli plants about 4 inches tall. They do not seem to be moving in the greenhous. Could I bring them in and treat them as a houseplant ? And if so are they likely to fruit?

I sowed the seeds on the 25th June. They germinated 6th July. They have been in the greenhouse watered well.

Think you sowed them far too late they need to be sown in early spring

I sowed bell peppers in march and they have grown and fruited well but none are ripe yet, they like a lot of heat and if you look after them carefully you may be able to take them into the house for the winter and back to the greenhouse for the summer where they may then fruit for you its a bit of a gamble but people do keep them for more than one year

They make a fairly good houseplant, but they take a lot of sun to fruit. Watch for spider mites, in the house.
