Is there a flower called a parrot tulip, or is someone pulling my leg?

usually classic tulip shape, but with frilly edges to the petals, google parrot tulips

Fair warning though: the frills are caused by a virus, which may affect nearby normal tulips. The same with "Rembrandts", or other broken-colored tulips.
