Depends on the pea you've planted - generally, sweet peas are not hardy and are grown every year from new plants or seeds. There are one or two hardy forms such as Lathyrus latifolius, which will die back and then regrow next year, but if its not one of those, remove the sweet peas you've grown this year, they're not going to grow again.
