I have beetles in my roses this year. Since I don't use chemcials I wonder if anyone knows the name of them, I did look but not find. I thought I could interrupt their lifecycle somehow. I shall try and get photo here.
I haven't figured out yet how to answer anyone so apologies for that.

Looks like this species, Trichiotinus assimilis. It belongs to the Chafer and Scarab group.
