My Rudbekia Cappuccino has survived the winter so far. Every time it get's very cold I put it in the bin cupboard and it's still growing new buds which continue to bloom. If I manage to keep it, should I cut it back at some point? Also, should I be feeding it as it is still producing flowers?

YOu've done well to keep it going, given its listed as a half hardy annual. Don't feed - if you want to feed it at all, do it in April, and if its still going strong, yes, cut it back then.
