severl leaves broke off when replanted. They have small roots, what is best way to replant?

Put the rooted ends just barely covered in a pot of fast-draining soil--cactus mix if that's available-- and let the soil dry out completely between waterings. After a few weeks, sprouts will show, and when they are at least as big as the original leaf, they can be transplanted to their own pots, if you want to.
