I have no idea what type of Wisteria this is. I know nothing about gardening them. Does anyone know what kind this is by my photos? Is it grafted? (If that's a correct question). Can it stay in this pot for two years and still flower?

welcome to GoY. :o)
I've looked at the photos in the photo gallery. it doesn't look to be grafted but the swelling near the base may suggest it is, but some trees do this as they develop. As to the species no cant tell yet as the leaves aren't fully open.
they are 'hungry' plants and I don't think the pot will be big enough for 2 years. unless you feed it regularly.
is there a reason why you don't want to put it in the ground yet.
Some wisteria are really slow to flower. was this in flower when you got it?
;o)
sorry about all the questions.

As Seaburngirl says, no way of knowing what variety it is until it flowers, and I agree that you will need to pot it on into something larger as soon as it becomes rootbound. Over two years, you may need to do that 2 or 3 times, depends how rapidly it grows. More information about growing in containers here
