I would recommend EBay they is plenty of sellers selling seeds I would not recommend sending plants overseas in the post as the will be tremendous risk to the plants health although you can use fast international courier services they are very expensive e.g. San Francisco to the uk ups 2/3 day service about 80 pounds for a small plant also you need to check with your customs as well
