02.04.2017. I have just been in the garden inspecting my cordylines and four of them have got rotten centre growing leaves. This has obviously been caused by frost and rain.
Will these recover.

My cordyline succumbed to the freeze a few years ago and when it 'died' I placed the (massive) pot behind some shrubs where it gets little sun. It shooted and is now growing so big that I don't know what to do with it. They seem to pretty robust so don't give up.

« Hello, can anyone tell me if I have to trim the leafs now? Thanks
Hi
I have had the same happen with one of mine ....
I have cut mine down to ground level where the stem is not rotted , they may re-sprout ? from the underground roots , so worth giving them a go.
