My everlasting Sweetpea, is nearly full-grown I know that it's to early, is it okay for me to cut it back, or will I destroy this lovely plant.

I agree with owdboggy . But mine is almost fully grown too and it has to take its chances if we get a late frost.

Cut it back now and you will lose the flowers. Not an easy thug to kill off though.
