For Wylie (the expert).
This is part of a clump dug up about 18 months ago and I'm now wondering if they are day lilies or not. The clump was big but the leaves are not that tall. Could it be something else? If so, any ideas what it could be.

It looks a lot like a daylily. I know everyone thinks of them as being very tall, but Little Grapette is only 12" and forms a dense clump. If you ease it out of its pot, you should be able to see if it has the typical root thickenings (almost nodules).
