Hi, I have just brought a tree echium from a plant sale, it's in its second year and is about 70cm tall. Since bringing it home and in a very short period of time it's developed a red rust like thing over all it's leaves. It started at the bottom leaves around the edges and is now filling in the middles and moving up the plant - any ideas?

Hi Cathy and welcome to GoY. Where do you have you Echium pinnifolium indoors, outdoors and, importantly, where are you in the UK. This particular plant is generally viewed a disease free so a photo to show us the problem, added to your question would help.
