I have three blueberry bushes, all bought at the same time and in the same ground. One has only grown to about one foot but produces lots of berries. The other two are about 6 feet tall but produce no fruit. What's the problem?

Do they have slightly different foliage? It is possible that one or two may have been mislabeled, and will grow to different sizes, and bear at different ages.
