Hi, I have planted some seed potatoes in pots. Each large container has about 10 potato plants coming up. Do I just leave them all but should I thin them?

Normally once they have chitted you remove the shoots so you have two/three per tuber before you are planting them but as Moon Grower has stated just keep topping up with compost but dont forget to water and feed them ...

Nope leave them be, just add some more soil/compost to the top of the container and keep doing so until you can't add any more.
