I have made flower boxes out the front of my house and I am going to put in lavender but looking for other flowers that will flower every year with having to replace then, don't want to be spending a fortune every year, thank you

Coreopsis auriculata, C. grandiflora, some of the smaller Gauras, Penstemon barbatus hybrids, Mirabilis multiflora, and Catmint.

yes, I love coreopsis. Now I think rudbeckia might be too tall for lavender.
