Can anyone help please,I have just had two photinia red robins delivered in post from garden centre on line,I have c shapes in the leaves,could anyone tell me what this is.Thank you for any help.

Have a look at the photo in your other question, at the hole at the extreme right hand edge of the pic. If the c shapes you mean are that shape it could be caused by a leaf cutting bee.
