If the eggs are in a jelly shaped like a caterpillar they are probably eggs of water snails. Its too late for frogspawn.

I'd go for pond snail eggs too. they lay them in a jelly capsule and depending on the species from 10 to 100.
Personally i'd remove them unless you don't mind the snails.

thanks everyone, I have no fish in the pond it is just a wild life pond, they are not frog or newt eggs these eggs look more like little seeds tightly packed in a round shaped jelly

Hi everyone, I have just found them on the internet and I think the eggs are the black rams horn snails eggs, does anyone agree,

Newts also lay their eggs on the underside of leaves.

At least two of agree Taz, see the first two replies! Snails can do a useful job eating algae so unless you are overrun with them I would leave them and let them hatch.
And if they should turn out instead to be newts you are one lucky person!

newts lay eggs singularly and are about the same size as a single frog egg.
I'd still put money on snail eggs. do you have any snails in your pond already?

It sounds like frog spawn, without a photo, I'm only guessing, yet an educated guess. Can you see baby tadpoles inside? Try to Google 'frog spawn,' Is this a close match? Each frog is different. They will become obvious in a couple days. You'll see them wiggling around inside then they will hatch. Most of them will become eaten by the fish, unless you can preserve them somehow.
